If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in unused, new and resalable condition and in their original packaging. Returns are accepted according to vendor discretion for reasons other than damage and may be subject to a 25-35% restocking fee, if eligible for return. We issue a credit upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less any applicable restocking fee, return shipping costs, and ship costs included in the product price like “Free” Shipping. I was nervous about the quality of these barstools because the price was so low. When I received the box and saw how sturdy/heavy they were, I couldn't have been more pleased. They're adjustable, they're heavy, they're unique & I just love them. They aren't extremely comfortable (I wasn't really looking for comfort though) just because there isn't a cushion. The backrest is very nice and kind of bouncy to add some comfort to the metal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an industrial and chic barstool. I am very pleased with my purchase!!
